Collated Coil Nails

Collated coil nails are widely used for pallets, crates, framing, shealing, sub floor, roofing and decking. These wire-collated coiled nails are compatible with pneumatic wire coil framing nailers.

Types of Coil Nails

1. Coil nails aren’t necessarily connected by metal wire, they can also be inserted in a plastic strip, which is called plastic-collated coil nails or intermediate coil nails. For these nails are easily detached from the strip during nailing, the direction of nailing can be unchanged.

2. Collated coil nails are the most popular type. Compared with plastic-collated coil nails, the price of wire-collated ones is more economic and this type fits the majority of coil nailers. Normally, the nails are connected in a 15 degrees direction with the wire.

Product Features & Use

1. The collated coil nails shank is the part on the nail which does most of the holding. The shank is one of four types: smooth, spiral, ring or screw.
2. Smooth shank nails have exactly that: a smooth appearance and has the least holding power.

2. Spiral shank nails have either a threaded appearance, like a screw, or they can have a helical twist to them.

3. Screw shank nails are used in hardwood applications. Ring shank nails have a series of rings punched into the surface of the shank and offers the most holding power.
4. Coil nail finish can be bright, cement coated, electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, flash-coated with zinc, hardened steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

5. These different finishes, coatings or material of nails give different levels of protection of resistance to rusting or other special properties to certain applications.

Packing & Shipment

20 to 40 rolls of coil nails packed in box depending on different sizes, then 40 to 60 boxes stacked on pallets for easy loading or unloading.

Also we can loose load boxes into container in order to maximize the container space.

Delivery time : 20-30 days after received the deposit.
